JustHost Asia Refund & Cancellation Policy

Revision of October 7, 2026

1 Application of the Policy

1.1. This Policy forms part of the contract with Baxet Group Inc. ("Contractor") and applies to services ordered through JustHost Asia. Customer — a party to the relevant contract. A Consumer is an individual acquiring or using the services for purposes unrelated to a business activity. Legal status is determined by the actual circumstances, not solely by the type of account or payment method.

1.2. The mandatory requirements of consumer-protection law apply to relations with consumers. Special terms for businesses apply only where performance of the contract is connected with the business activity of both parties. Other Customers are subject to the general rules of applicable law, without automatically extending business exceptions to them.

1.3. This Policy does not establish a free trial period, an unconditional full refund, or an additional refund guarantee. A particular promotion may provide additional benefits on terms disclosed before the order. The Customer's statutory rights are preserved regardless of participation in a promotion.

2 Withdrawal and Turning Off Renewal

2.1. A Consumer may at any time withdraw from further performance of the services agreement. No personal reasons for withdrawal need be given. Settlement is made under Section 3; withdrawal due to the Contractor's breach is governed by Section 4.

2.2. To terminate a specific service, the Customer sends an unambiguous notice through the customer portal (the Refund Request Form) or to info@justhost.asia, stating information sufficient to identify the Customer and the service. Other notice methods provided by law are permitted. Being unable to log into the account or use a special form does not preclude submitting the request.

2.3. Unless the law or a permissible agreement provides otherwise, withdrawal takes effect upon delivery of the notice to the Contractor, or on a later date specified by the Customer. Reviewing the request and a dispute over the calculation do not by themselves postpone termination. The Customer saves any data it needs in advance; a backup requirement is not a condition of the withdrawal's validity.

2.4. Turning off automatic renewal stops future renewals and does not by itself mean withdrawal from the already-paid period. The service remains in effect until the end of that period unless the Customer separately states early termination. Renewal is switched off via the customer portal or by message to info@justhost.asia.

2.5. A Consumer may electronically withdraw consent to further use of previously provided payment details for recurring charges. After receiving such a withdrawal, the Contractor does not use those details for new recurring payments. Withdrawing consent to charges does not discharge monetary obligations that have already arisen by law.

3 Composition of a Refund

3.1. On an ordinary withdrawal from a duly rendered service, the unused part of amounts actually paid is refunded. The calculation takes into account the cost of duly rendered services, expenses actually incurred directly connected with performance of the specific contract, and refunds previously made on the same payment. The same amount is not counted twice. The withdrawal itself does not entail a penalty for the Consumer.

3.2. For a continuous service billed periodically, the cost of services rendered is calculated in proportion to the time of due performance up to termination, based on the agreed price of the paid period net of any discount. Volume consumed under an agreed volume-based tariff is calculated using the agreed units and rates. Rounding does not increase the chargeable time or volume. The elapsed period is not recalculated at a higher rate merely because the Consumer withdrew.

3.3. The absence of requests, server load or traffic does not mean the service was not rendered where its subject is the actually ensured availability or reservation of resources. The Contractor confirms the corresponding provision. Handing over a password does not by itself confirm performance of the service for the entire future paid period.

3.4. Additional expenses are taken into account only in a proven amount, where connected with the contract and on a lawful basis. Expenses already covered by the cost of services rendered, refunded to the Contractor by a third party, or not incurred by the time of termination, are not deducted again. Expected profit, a notional percentage, a general risk reserve, and the cost of ordinary review of a request are not, by themselves, deductions. Undertaking an obligation to pay for a future service is not automatically equated with an expense actually incurred.

3.5. If termination of a specific order objectively entailed necessary and unavoidable expenses, their connection with the order and the permissibility of deducting them are separately confirmed. The Contractor takes reasonable steps to cancel the expenses and obtain a refund from third parties engaged. Any sum subsequently refunded to it that was previously deducted is paid to the Customer within 10 calendar days of its receipt, unless applicable law sets a shorter period.

3.6. Free bonuses are not exchanged for money. A used discount is reflected in the price of services rendered and is not charged again as a penalty. An unused monetary advance on the account balance is not deemed a rendered service merely because it was credited.

3.7. A duly completed domain registration or renewal is paid at the agreed price of the corresponding one-off service once the operation is confirmed by the registry or registrar. Before it is performed, settlement follows the rules for actual performance and permissible expenses. This rule does not exclude claims for non-performance, improper performance, or an erroneous charge.

3.8. Initial setup of a dedicated server may be a separate one-off service. Its content, price, and inclusion in the overall order price are disclosed before payment. Setup actually performed is accounted for at the agreed price; the unperformed part follows the applicable rules on expenses. The initial setup fee is not charged again on an ordinary renewal. A deduction for setup is permitted only for a separately agreed and actually performed scope of work, or in the amount of other lawfully permitted and documented expenses.

3.9. For the provision of IP addresses and network resources, one-off operations actually performed and the continuing provision of the resource are accounted for separately. Payment for a future period is not deemed fully earned merely because an address or network was allocated. If a particular transaction has the legal nature of a lease, transfer of rights, or a mixed contract, settlement is also governed by the mandatory rules on that transaction.

3.10. Banking and payment fees are not withheld as a standard percentage. Whether an actually incurred, non-refundable fee may be taken into account is assessed under applicable law, the ground for the refund, and documents on the specific payment. Expenses caused by the Contractor's own breach are not shifted onto the Consumer contrary to applicable law.

4 Breach of Deadlines and Service Defects

4.1. A request connected with defects, missed deadlines, a charge made without consent, or another breach by the Contractor is handled on the applicable statutory ground. The rules on ordinary withdrawal are not used to reduce claims provided by applicable law. The Customer states the facts known to it; an error in the name of the provision or the claim is not a ground to refuse to consider it.

4.2. Promotional restrictions, account status, termination of the service, and the existence of other disputes do not override statutory claims for services already rendered. The Customer retains the remedies provided by applicable law. Additional SLA compensation does not replace the Contractor's mandatory liability.

5 Timing and Outcome of Review

5.1. A refund on ordinary withdrawal is made within 10 calendar days of receiving the refund request. Where applicable law sets a shorter period for a specific claim, that period applies. Other claims are satisfied within the periods applicable to them by law.

5.2. The Contractor sends its decision and calculation: the amount paid, the paid period or volume, the termination date, the cost of services rendered, each deduction with its basis, amounts previously refunded, and the remaining balance due. The calculation is accompanied by sufficient supporting evidence; information about third parties and legally protected data may be withheld without concealing the substance of the calculation. A dispute over part of the amount does not prevent the timely refund of the undisputed remainder.

6 Verifying the Recipient and Method of Refund

6.1. The Contractor verifies that the claim belongs to the Customer or its representative, the fact of payment, and the recipient's authority. It uses account information, the order or transaction identifier, correspondence, and data from the payment provider. Only information necessary for these purposes, or expressly required by applicable law, is requested, with an explanation of why it is needed. Banking-app passwords, CVV/CVC, and one-time codes are never provided to the Contractor.

6.2. A request for additional information does not void the original claim and does not by itself suspend the statutory period. Where performance is objectively impossible without specific missing data, the Contractor promptly explains the reason, indicates an available way to resolve the obstacle, and performs the part of the obligation that is possible. The consequences of not providing necessary data are determined by applicable law, having regard to actual fault and causation.

6.3. As a general rule, money is refunded through the original payment channel under that provider's rules. Where this is not possible, another lawful method is used after verifying entitlement to the funds. Recipient details are not changed based solely on an unverified message. Where the Customer and the payer differ, entitlement to receive the refund is determined having regard to the basis for the payment and applicable law; account access alone may be insufficient to change the recipient.

6.4. The Contractor takes the necessary steps for a refund in a timely manner. Reference to the bank's processing does not give a right to delay initiating the payment or to exclude liability established by applicable law. On request, a refund-transaction identifier or other confirmation is provided.

7 Chargebacks and Inaccurate Claims

7.1. The same underlying payment is not refunded twice to the extent already actually reimbursed. Amounts finally refunded through a bank or payment system are taken into account in settlements. A bank's temporary credit, or a dispute not yet concluded, is not by itself treated as a final refund. Contractual penalties, damages and other independent statutory claims are not deemed a repeat refund of the underlying payment.

7.2. The Customer reports any parallel dispute of the same payment known to it and any compensation received. The Contractor checks the status with the provider and coordinates the refund. Contacting the bank is a permissible remedy and does not by itself prove fraud. A condition requiring mandatory withdrawal of the bank dispute does not apply; the refund period is not automatically postponed until that dispute concludes.

7.3. Where it is proven that no payment was made, that the claimant lacked authority, that a final refund of the same sum has already occurred, or that supporting documents were falsified, the Contractor may refuse the provenly unfounded part of the claim, stating the reasons. An error in the claim or a suspicion does not by itself extinguish a lawful monetary claim.

7.4. If an unlawful double recovery of money is identified, the Contractor may claim the excess back together with any compensation provided by applicable law. Evidence of abuse may be shared with the payment provider or a competent authority where there is a lawful basis and personal-data requirements are observed.

8 Service Restrictions and Settlement on Breach

8.1. The grounds and procedure for restricting a service are determined by applicable law and the Contract. Applying proportionate protective measures to a resource does not by itself render the entire prepayment non-refundable. A complaint or notice of a possible breach is assessed together with the evidence.

8.2. Where termination follows a breach by the Customer, the Contractor determines the cost of services rendered, permissible expenses, and any independent claims against the Customer. Full payment is claimed only where it is proven that performance became impossible through the Customer's fault and no other applicable rule applies; a restriction alone, or reference to the terms of use, is not sufficient for this.

8.3. Losses from the Customer's breach are compensated where the statutory conditions of liability are met and the amount is confirmed. A set-off of counterclaims is permitted in the manner provided by applicable law, with a statement and calculation sent. Undetermined future losses and assumed penalties are not grounds to withhold the entire advance. A fee for a Consumer's lawful withdrawal is not disguised as damages.

8.4. A period of restriction is not deemed a rendered service merely because the account existed. Whether that period may be charged for is assessed having regard to the reason for the restriction, fault, the resources actually provided or reasonably kept reserved, and applicable law. Where there is no legal basis for a charge, it is excluded from the calculation.

9 Business Customers

9.1. Where the contract is performed for the business purposes of both parties, the consequences of an unmotivated withdrawal may be separately agreed in the order or an additional agreement: a specific fee for early withdrawal, a method of accounting for individually reserved resources, or another calculation permitted by applicable law. The amount or a clear formula, the grounds, and the period of application are disclosed and accepted before payment of the relevant order.

9.2. Merely indicating an organization's or entrepreneur's status in the account does not establish an additional fee. Absent a proper agreement, the rules of this Policy and settlement based on actual performance apply. Terms that increase the deduction are not applied retroactively. A fee for unmotivated withdrawal does not apply to a withdrawal caused by the Contractor's breach, where such a charge would be contrary to applicable law.

9.3. The cost of services rendered, expenses, damages, and an agreed fee are distinguished in the calculation. The same amount is not compensated twice. The terms of the contract and the amount of claims are subject to review for good faith, proportionality, and the prohibition of abuse of rights.

10 Version and Relationship to Other Terms

10.1. The version of this Policy incorporated into the relevant contract applies, subject to lawfully agreed changes. A new publication does not by itself change obligations that have already arisen. Mandatory rules of applicable law take priority; where the contractual rules on cancellation, refunds, and the monetary consequences of termination conflict with this Policy, this Policy applies, unless an individual agreement lawfully provides otherwise.
